Welcome barbecue and goodbye drink 

The welcome barbecue takes place on Thursday evening 31 August in the Mensa and the garden (that can be accessed via the Mensa) of the School of Business and Economics. The goodbye drink takes place in Ad Fundum on Saturday 2 September.

Conference dinner 

The conference dinner will take place on Friday evening 1 September in the recently build pavilion on the domain of Château St. Gerlach, situated in the provincial village Houthem (Address: Joseph Corneli Allee 1, 6301 KK Valkenburg). The castle was originally built in the twelve century as a monastery and was converted to a castle in the nineteenth century. Currently a luxury hotel, a restaurant and a conference location are situated in the castle’s domain.
